Knysna Paddle Cruiser
The Knysna Paddle Cruiser offers delicious meals at lunch time or at the end of the day during a magical sunset cruise. It is the ideal opportunity to unwind and enjoy a cocktail, locally brewed beer or a fine wine from an award-winning selection, while savouring fresh Knysna oysters.
The Paddle Cruiser has been graded as a 4 star restaurant by the SA Tourism Grading Council - the only floating restaurant in South Africa with this grading!
The Paddle Cruiser has 360 degree views and is fully enclosed, thus unaffected by weather conditions, and she has a bar on each deck.
Lunch cruises are always a relaxing affair with a Tapas style menu and a wide variety of wines “by the glass” to compliment your choice of Tapas.
Should you prefer a more sophisticated evening, the vessel transforms into an elegant cocktail lounge and restaurant for the evening cruise. Depart around sunset while sipping a Lagoon Cocktail on the upper deck, then venture to the bottom deck where the restaurant is set for you to enjoy a delicious Mediterranean Buffet.
As you finish your meal, the vessel will return to the dock. A perfect romantic dinner for those special evenings, quietly cruising under the stars across the calm Knysna Lagoon.

From Cape Town
- Enter Knysna on the N2
- At the end of the lagoon, turn right onto Waterfront Drive (the bypass)
- Turn first right onto the quay and follow the road for 200 m and the Feathebed Cruise Café parking area will be on the right.
From Port Elizabeth
- Drive through Knysna on the N2 and, just before the lagoon, turn left at the traffic lights onto Waterfront Drive (the bypass)
- Turn first right onto the quay and follow the road for 200 m and the Feathebed Cruise Café parking area will be on the right.
