From the N1
- At the West end of Worcester take the R43 to Villiersdorp
- After about 38 km, at the foot of the Rooi Hoogte Pass, turn left at the sign "Koppies"
- After 1.2 km, where the tar ends, the gate to Rietspruit Country Cottage is on the left.
From the N2
- Take the R321 to Grabouw and Villiersdorp (from Cape Town) or the R43 to Villiersdorp (coming from George)
- Go through Villiersdorp and, at the foot of the Rooi Hoogte Pass, turn right at the sign "Koppies"
- After 1.2 km, where the tar ends, the gate to Rietspruit Country Cottage is on the left.
